you cannot, all those partiton is created by system so if you want to add another hdd is possible, but if you want to merge all space from 1 disque i think there is no way to do that

how do i use

You will need to erase your current disks and re-install the OS with Raid 0.

Here is a helpful tutorial but probably easier to open a ticket with your host company and they will perform it for you.
