Question Allowing home server to public

hi all, i have a quick question regarding XUI.One
Basically i have a server set at home, it is running XUI 1.5.13, that's fine all is well.

I want to be able to let certain people use my server, i have tried going into the Windows Firewall and allowing incoming and outgoing on port 80.
I can't seem to work it out unfortunately.. any help is greatly appreciated.

I tried this..
To no avail, trust me it's bugging me
I don't want ports just being opened willy billy.

I have thought of tunneling via cloudflare but that also, didn't go to plan.

Basically I have an old mini PC, I have installed XUI on it as the main server and will run my 2 online servers as LBs. They will handle the loads ofcourse. I am just tinkering at this point.

I have tried windows firewall though and as I say, to no avail.

no, I have WSL running on an old windows PC of mine. So it runs in a ubuntu 22 server on my windows machine.
