Question Help with xuione watch folder not adding files

Hi all I have xuione setup with my vod load balancer added.
I have a mix of movies and TV series totalling 40tb. Some files add to panel with no issues others do. I have all my files encoded to same output m4v.
My watch folder is setup hat I'm told is correctly.
But files won't add on the watch folder output log they don't give any error. Just blank on status.
Im going to attach an example of my output.
From what I have tested so far it's like watch folder thinks the files are already on the panel and dosnt add if that makes sense I hope I have given enough info.

did u add imdb api key?

please make sure u added TMDB key and select proper categories & boqut list as well to proper transcode the VODs

Yes I have added tmdb some vod adds fine out of 100% of my vod 50-60% adds with no issues. The other only way to add is manually. My files are all encoded to the same output h264 m4v I will attach screenshot of my bouquet maybe I have a error there
