Using Ezserver v.4.2 (downloaded from here) plus XC IPTV XC 3.2.2 (XC IPTV XC 3.2.2_com.nathnetwork.xciptv - downloaded from this forum too) just pointing DNS .. and worked ok with no modifications.

instead of using API port use http port.(http://yourdns:httpport)
