Question Xui Plex Sync

Hello, I have installed plex on a vod server. In plex i have 3 movies. I have linked sucessfully xui with plex and it finds the folder movies, but when i click sync it doest find any movie. The folder on the server has 777 permision. Can somebody help me link xui?

Hi, yes i did. In watch folder i specified the folder where are the movies from plex, eg. root/Movies

Are your settings set to Remove existing subtitles? They can be an Issue, so try Turning that ON in Plex/watch folders on XUIone.
Also, Auto Encode ON, and Transcoding DISABLED.
How are you setting the Streaming/viewing- Is it Direct Source? Symlink?
