i can open site before work but now no working :S

Sounds like the panel is not working. If you reboot the server you have to restart the panel with the below command. You have to do it manually unless you setup a cron job to do it for you when you server starts.

As root run:

/home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh

well being that is a UNOFFICIAL mod, no the devs not not worry about them. If you want them to point back just edit your header.php file,

on-demand is 15 sec ? i dont think! i tested this panel on vps ! 1 gig ram ! the streams with on-demand start in 2-3 sec

yes relay its on me so and in other my freand to i dont know why ...

If u use HLS for output and the source also on demand - it is normal of it`s nature. HLS need time to prebuffer chunk.
