I have a head scratcher that I have never seen before. No matter if I use the last official version of Xtream Ui or Xtream UI Mod by Teko, when I add a load balancer and than go to use folder watch, I can see the file system folder on my main, but if I choose the Load balancer the file system tree shows blank.

is there something special I need to do when doing a fresh install so that if I want to use folder watch with a folder on my load balancer that I can see the file system and folders on the load balancer?

See thats what I assumed also, I am just not 100% sure which file to check the permissions on. What should the default permissions be?
@urgodfather is right that's permissions and ownership problems, all files should be at least 740 and directories 755 for user xtreamcodes (or similiar).
Normally I do this:

shape1
shape2
shape3
shape4
shape5
