Question Xtream UI CK mode 41, Load Balancer can't read arabic character unicode

I have this problem for along time the Xtream UI CK mode 41 Load Balancer can't read VOD arabic files så I think I need to fix arabic character unicode.
if anyone can know how I can fix it please contact with me

Hi

You need to change the character set encoding to UTF-8 for all of the tables.

Where I do it this ?
