Question xtream ui problem with arabic folder symboles name plz fixed

i have panel xtream ui
but i have problem with folder arabic language
name of folder in xtream ui like this ???

any solution for fixed this proble ?

The Arabic file name appears as symbols in the panel

write this :
ALTER DATABASE `xtream_iptvpro` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 DEFAULT COLLATE utf8_general_ci;
ALTER TABLE streams CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci;
