/sbin/iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination 127.0.0.1:80
/sbin/iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 443 -j DNAT --to-destination 127.0.0.1:443

with this you cannot comunicate with balancer your blocking all internet conexion
