In this post I will show you how to hardcode your XC IPTV URL to the apk and control the buttons on the home screen on the fly.

Install notepad++ if you dont have it.

Follow the instructions below.

To view the content, you need to Sign In or Register.

Recompile apk the sign and zipalign and you will have XCIPTV apk pointed to your XC IPTV URL

Yes, XCIPTV will work with 1.6 with the right API package.

XCIPTV does work with xc1.6 but the VOD dont work... Im sure its an easy fix though

I made all the necessary changes just like in the tutorial and everything works perfectly with the streaminy control panel.

A sure problem I have, after starting a channel it works exactly 1 minute after which the application returns to the channel area and I have to select a channel again, I tried different channels and it always stops exactly 1 minute.

This is not the case with the original application.
I tried to change the default player or format from MPEGTS to HLS but that didn't affect anything
(except 1 minute of operation then the channel stops)

I mention that the application has no problem, remains stable and does not give any error.

Yes it works. I tested the original version of your link and it works without interruption then I tested the modified version and always exactly after 1 minute of operation the channel closes

I did different tests and settings in the application and always a stream does not run more than 1 minute (timed clock)

I tend to think there is a limitation somewhere, but I don't understand where.

Found the bug please re-download and update the ApiIPTV.php and youll be good

I'm so glad you worked to fix this problem!
I just checked, downloaded the ApiIPTV.php file but it is the same as the old file on my server.

Maybe it is a problem with my chrome browser and it does not update the page correctly, I just downloaded the file and searched for the tag you indicated

Look for tag "ann" thats the call that was added.
It looks the same but I added 6 lines

Just triple checked and its updated and its good.

Finally I was unable to download the updated ApiIPTV.php file.
It is always the same old file that I currently use.

Anyway, due to your indications I opened the old file and added the missing tag section then I restarted the application and everything worked as a charm

Right now when I write this, the application is already running for 10 minutes and everything is perfect

FireTvGuru is a master at everything you do and I appreciate you sharing your work with us here
