Please excuse all the questions. I also rebranded the XCIPTV with hard code DNS and changed package name. However there's a few other changes I would like to make but haven't quite had the time to figure out.

I totally agree mate. I sincerely appreciate you helping us out that can't afford to pay to rebrand. Again if you are rebrand share what you know and stop stealing from us

In this post I will show you how to hardcode your XC IPTV URL to the apk and control the buttons on the home screen on the fly.

Install notepad++ if you dont have it.

Follow the instructions below.

Recompile apk the sign and zipalign and you will have XCIPTV apk pointed to your XC IPTV URL

I believe you have an error in the instructions "
line 624 & 644
Change line 624 to your DNS;PORT" should be line 642 &644 DNSORT

There's a Window's app called "APK Easy Tool" Thats really great for both decompiling and recompiling. Also there's an Android App called "APK Editor Pro" which I use 75% of the time depending on what I'm decompiling. Of course you have what I'd like to. all the Grandfather of them both "Android Studio" Which can get complex and is definitely in my opinion overkill if your just rebranding.

I'm not complaining mate. I think it's a good idea. Unfortunately I'm here to expand my extremely limited knowledge on the subject of iptv. I'm not sure I have much to offer anyone who has more knowledge than me and I fear that will be everyone on here lol cheers mate

Yes it is spot on what are using to decompile and recompile look in line 17 of manifest xml remove white space on the end tag

Look in your manifest xml line 17 will look like this
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.assistant.READ_HOTWORD_STATE "/>
it should look like this
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.assistant.READ_HOTWORD_STATE"/>
see their is white space on the very end tag needs to be removed
