xciptv panel help

hi guys, can someone point me in the right direction please regarding installing a xciptv panel

im not scared of searching stuff and trying to find out how to do it as ive spent a couple of hours now trying this lol so just a little kick will do, heres where im up to

ive got a panel and app off here

payed for hostinger (which i not clue about , extracted all files into a xciptv folder which is in my public folder .......so then ive tryed to go on the browser typed in .....my-domain.co.uk/xciptv/index.php

nothing comes up ? and help always apprecited lads, thanks
