Question Setting up my own service, what next?

Hi so as the title suggests im trying to set up my own iptv service panel, but I dont know exactly what direction to go in. I have the XtreamUI Panel set up on a server but im stuck, what next? My guess is to just get the live streams, but im confused on how a DRM Panel works. Im also confused on how DRM differs from restreams.

If anyone can help id really appreciate, sorry if this is in wrong thread im not 100% sure where it was ment to go

Oh boy. I can tell you from my experience. This is a lot harder than you imagine and expensive.
the most basic setup is to have 1 servernrunning your panel and a load balancer to push the streams to.

How do you get your streams?
Easiest way to start is restream. You pay for connection to a service and piggy back off of their streams. Some people will have multiple sources as backups.

The next stop is to grt scripts. Its a bit difficult to explain here but basically you need a panel like 011 and scripts to decode different services like espn, directtv etc(you'll need a seperate server for 011 as well)
You'll also need accouns for all the services you want. ESPN, dazn etc.
Scripts can sell for hundreds just for 1 service.

Start small, resell and build a customer base. The cost of running even the most basic setup can be close to $1000/month once you factor in your servers and restreams.

Hey! thanks for the response, currently im programming it in GoLang, going well so far as ive implemented all the basics, just need load balancing and couple other stuff to get to beta testing it

Currently ive over 170 customers, income is around 3k profit a month. Although I will be scaling this much much higher than what is currently at to allow for more room to fund the panel im creating.

Estimated time until it is created and stable is about 6 months, which would allow me to grow my profit each month more and more.

Well existing ones have a lot of bugs, yes I could fix them as I can code in PHP, but I’ve come to the conclusion that the effort in fixing is more, easier to make a panel.

Plus many existing panels for download, if there was an issue, it would just be a pain to fix without breaking it, especially without any proper documentation

It's also important to have enough bandwidth for all of your users. You will need a lot of bandwidth, and should probably have 10Gbit servers at least, but that's just what I think. I know it should really be closer to 100Gbit, but that's not feasible for anyone just starting out.
