Tutorial how to create ezserver as service

hi.. here tutorial how to make ezserver become a service , as you know to start ezserver we need run the script from the start.sh , shutdown.sh or restart.sh
also there is auto start when pc reboot it will start. but problem is when server reboot, it takes few minutes to start.
So this is the tutorial make them as service.
