My one and only tip Start small and then expand you dont want to sink load of money in then go bust and lose everything

if you have friends and family that would buy start with them ask what channels they want and source them from a restreamer and buy a small vps or didi for them to connect to then once you saved a bit of profit get a newbigger server and then add a few more customers and a few more channels

make sure you never sell more than your server can handel a lot of users over sell and then wonder why they get complaints of buffering and stuff from there users

i would also suggest trying a few diffrent iptv pannels on your vps before you start selling see what panel you like best and works for you its all about being comfertable working with it as your gonna be spending a lot of your time on and off it adding users and channels and stuff

if you don't know where to start, my suggestion is to search and study on forum for 3-4 days rather than creating mess by posting these questions
these questions have been answered many times I don't know why you new comers don't bother to search first

there are loads of useful info on here , its best to reasearch what your end product needs to be!!
any topic relating to your needs are in here , research is key to your success

there is a search button at your disposal !

its ok to ask certain questions if your stuck , but avoid asking direct questions like " how do i build a service so i can make money"

its like asking someone to wipe ur butt after you taken a dump
