ok - For the Panel, do you offer this as a service or may I get my own VPS and install the panel?

APK's - I would like to be able to access and be able to change the portals, make DNS changes, and Send messages, pin announcements.

I decided to try it but the download link is down.
I have tried with different vpn and browsers.
please check this and correct the link.
I want to play with it or pay back the credits so I can buy another resource.
