You won't find any servers with a residential IP address, as residential IPs are assigned by your ISP.

I don't think anyone runs a server at home and then shares their IP address with you.

You will not find servers with residential ip but you can purchase residential proxy even with multiple ip and connect your server through that. Which would have the same result at application layer.

The residential proxy is actually a requirement to mask your server when used with many drm scripts leaching geoblocked cdn/services in combination with o11 or xaccel.
