Question - Black Screen in Mac Address / Portal Help

I'm having an issue where mag or anything that uses the portal isn't working, anything through my app or vlc etc. work fine. Is there anywhere I should look to fix this?

-can see categories/channels/epg
-geolite the right size
-portal url works in browser
-no stblock, or cloudflare setup
-tried multiple devices
-tried vpn
-tried .ts stream and .m3u8
-tried replacing the xpcom.common.js file

If there is anything I can answer to make it easier to help, please let me know
