Question Cloudflare problem black screen with some players

Hello guys i'm having a problem since i have set up cloudflare as a proxy for my main server , i'm on xtream ui panel , channels working good to about 80-90% of clients but to some clients when i send them list with server ip works very well, when i send them with domain url they have black screen on channels, i have put all ipv4 and ipv6 support on nginx but the problem still appears, does anyone had this issue before and solved it ? i tried some things but they didn't work , i know there are many experts that can help me on this problem.

Hello, you need to turn of proxied on your cloudflare, and you proxy in front of your main server so they can't block the ip of your main server. in case you need help PM
