So recently about 1 week ago using the official license I got from them still my transcode stopped working on everything. I have tried restarting server, and all services and nothing seems to be working. Any tips or things you guys can suggest I try ?

Why you don't ask directly the developer for support, if you have legit license ?

ffs you see im so used to being here and here only that i forgot about the easiest solution... thanks for reminding me i will post what they say incase anyone else ever has the same problem.

edit:
nevermind i remember why we didnt ask them for support this was the last response they had sent us and included this at the bottom but will try the discord.
