Look like a bad source. Try running the stream in VLC.

From VLC the source is ok , i didnt noticed any error . it is streaming perfectly

than check for the Allowed ips or any kind of restrictions on source code.

if everything is ok than it should work in panel

No xui is best and xtream codes is good with alot if missing options
