Mytv online dashboard setup

Hey guys new here. I am trying to set up mytv online on my dashboard. I have put the ID Mac address and put the mag url in the app but it just says service blocked or expired. I have also tried the box Mac and still no luck can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Make sure you have the proper provider address and make sure you have a forward slash see at the end of the URL and if it's still not working after a reboot contact your provider cuz they probably have the wrong MAC address on file
