MAG DEVICES don't load portal

Hi,

Mag boxes dont work on Xtream UI 20c

I put the mac adorn on the panel and the url on the mag. when loading the portal does not leave here.

No channel list

How Can I fix it ?

Clear cache or turn network cache off, then reload portal
