Question Connection problem to Portal with Static IP

I'm having trouble accessing my portal with tvbox. Unable to load portal.
It uses a static IP and I don't know if I need to change something in the xtream-ui settings. I tried a second tvbox and again the same.
If i use DHCP with extender after router, the portal loading without problems. If i add the settings in the boxes with static ip, it cannot be loading the portal.
I have tried with mag box and android box (stbemu).
Has anyone has any solution with that ?

It seems you made some misstake with your static ip settings on your LAN.

Check:
- that static IP settings are correct on your device:
>> You have to make sure that the IP you assign is not already being used by another device on your LAN
>> double check that the correct subnetmask, gateway and DNS were specified on your device
>> can you ping your device (TvBox) with the static IP in your LAN from your computer ?
>> How looks like your LAN settings in your Internet (Router) Modem ?

I did double check it all and are correct. The boxes has internet, pings working, but can't load portal. All other connections in internet, works (browsers, utube, etc.)
