No mate that is only grub password to prevent editing boot parameters on grub .
"password=grub"
to edit password you need to re-mount volume of the installation with a live cd and change the shadow file

That because the Kylone is now at version 2.3.9 with changed security and the owners doesn't offering anymore iso for download.
The modules also are updated and are not provided but direct deployed if you buy the license.
