Question issue with whmcs install

when i remove the install directory i get nothing ,,,,, all good then i remove the instlall and i get dead site,,,,, im using cpanel and ive installed billling panel before but i cant figure what im missing on this one , anyone have seen this?

What you mean with "dead" site ? Do mean white blank page ?
Did you already activated Error Reporting mode on WHMCS ?

the whole install goes fine up until i get to page where it tells me i need to remove the install directory for whmcs , then when i remove that install directory then i just get a web page cant be isnt working now

Sorry what you mean with "cant be isnt working now", why you don't provide a screenshot ?

ok now i get white screen say ........ oops something went wrong.... its says go back and try again ,, then you go back and you get a 500

configuration.php add the line;

$display_errors = true;

and check it than again!

May some t ioncube related. Which PHP Version is running your Webserver and is ioncube active on it ?

You have to increased memory_limit directive under the php settings on your hosting!

in the config file should the data base be showing a port ..... it look like this $db_port = '';

Only if your DB server has a non standard port.
Do not play on the WHMCS config files.

Your issues is related with your Webhosting PHP settings. Simply increased memory_limit directive !!

i have one question ,,,,,,, i have installed panel few times and this is first time ive had to do this ,, wonder why
