Request IPTV Server Setup with Flussonic, NVIDIA RTX Transcoding , TBS Cards, Cesbo Astra

I am looking for a skilled system integrator or developer to build and configure a custom IPTV server for my media setup. The project involves the following:

Requirements:​

• Install and configure Flussonic Media Server (latest version) 2025 Year Looking for Cracked and Nulled Stable version
• Set up Cesbo Astra (latest version) to retrieve DVB-S2 streams and manage tuner inputs Cracked and Nulled Stable version
• Integrate with TBS Capture Cards:
  
  • 3x TBS 6916 (16 Tuner DVB-S2 Cards)
• Configure stream recording and IPTV output links (HTTP/HLS preferred)
• Enable GPU-based transcoding using NVIDIA RTX A5000 24GB
• Ensure system stability and performance for long-term recording/streaming

Preferred Skills:​

• Experience with DVB-S2 capture cards and Cesbo Astra configuration
• In-depth knowledge of Flussonic Media Server setup and optimization
• Linux (Ubuntu) server administration and system performance tuning
• Familiarity with IPTV formats, stream encoding, and NVIDIA GPU acceleration (NVENC)

This is a one-time setup job with the possibility of ongoing support/maintenance.
