Question i need help with rtr0 plex module

Hi guys so i have a system up and running with whmc and rtr0 plex module and am trying to import my clients ... however im having issues linking each plex user to each client profile the users show up in a list in the module but no way to link them anyone can nudge me in the right direction ?
