I have same problem. I added the lb on main panel and installed everything in the server but the lb is not working. I even manually execute start_services.sh and it shows no error. But it doesn't start.

Server ID has to match the LB you created on the MAIN server

issue also check which port you use.sometimes port 8080 and 80 make this issue.

Thank you all I finally fixed it by directly installing the LB from the panel option "install lb" without doing anything in the server.

use the above guide ,f irst step is to install server from main panel then made sure my LB ports matched each other

This CK mod 41, if somebody do a clean fresh install, offers also no manually "restore database", seems only to work (do not tried it) if you configure before google drive etc...
Even if you load your backup file over ftp in the backup folder..not recognized.
