It would appear either no one has a clue or those that do are not sharing... I can't find information on this "Folder Watch" feature

Folder Watch is an nice to, i was using it from the begin i tink 1 week. You upload the movie in a folder so the panel wil automatic add and encode the movie for you. But now i dont understand why the script is not starting anymore, Please somebody know how to start the script again ? I donwnload many movies and i dont want to put them every day manual
