Sorry, I paid a few months ago for the 3 month subscription, but they never sent me a registration link or anything. I have paid the base rate again and it worked this time, but I want to speak to an administrator to verify the other payment so they can correct the problem.

Hola, pagué hace unos meses por la suscripción de 3 meses, pero nunca me enviaron un enlace de registro ni nada. He pagado la tarifa básica nuevamente y esta vez me fui, pero quiero hablar con un administrador para verificar el otro pago y así puedan corregir el problema.

Never get any payments from you, except the payment yesterday for the extended membership!!

But I will check it manually anyway.
