The first time I paid for the membership, the website took me to the screen where I put the username and password, but it gave me errors, saying the following:
"Your registration has been rejected as it resembles spam-like or automated behavior". So I assume because I used 1password to generate the password, the website thought I was spamming? Finally the website closed and I lost the chance to register, but the money was gone (I have a receipt and screenshot of the transaction).
The second time I did it in a different computer and entered the username and password manually, this time it went through and now I'm able to be here.
Can somebody help me with this? maybe get back somehow the first 20euros in credit or btc or something?
