Question Find device ID of stb code

so i have seen there are few sites that upload mac ID of portals and also give out device ID and serial number. i dont know how that can be retrieved as its not available on the packets i have seen

example:

can anyone tell me how to leech SN, Device ID1, Device ID2 from just mac ID. any app or any method that can help?
