Question encode vod from database?

Hello,
I have to tranfer VOD from 1 server to 2 servers.
It are many files and i tranfer 1 folder to server 1 and the rest to server 2.
i know how to update the file path in the database to the new server and also change the server id in the stream_sys table.
But how can i only re-encode the files from the new folder?
Can this be done in the Database?

You can just use mass edit movies for the movies and mass edit episodes for the series, I recommend you to select 1000 to 1000 not more to make sure all is completed correctly.
You just need to select re-encode and you may not need to select server. Good luck friend...

The correct way to have all vod ( series & movies ) working without rencode them is to transfert all movies and series files from server A to server B in the same directories ( with rsync ) after that transfert stream directory and movies directory from server A to Server B this work very good
