css & php help

Hope I am rightfully posting this, if not please let me know and I will post else where.

I am looking for someone who has a great deal of experience in working with and on css & php projects.

Example: Smarters web player dashboard.php file.
On the dashboard page it allows you to change what all is seen, alignment, colors etc. On this particular dashboard page it aligns everything in the middle of the page, if I wanted to align everything along the left hand side of the page what would need to be changed in that php script? Seems simple right? Change the alignment from center to left and save. This doesn't do the trick, aligns everything center left and not entirely left. There are other questions I have but would just need to know who to ask.

Anyone?

Not a pro what so ever but it seems like that alignment would be in the stylesheet.
