Question Cinema App / problem

Hello, guys I need help with Cinema app with username and password that is controlled by back panel. Everyday something happens and the app does not recognize the username and password for about an hour and then it goes back to normal. ( Login failed please check your username & password and try again ) If anyone solve this problem for me I will pay you for your time.
Please messuage me only in private if you know what you doing. Lots of people want to get the app for free, that wont happen. I am not sharing the app.
I am willing to pay for your time if you fix this problem.

Experiment with a different hosting.
