Question Activate cookie from xtream panel?

Hey guys well i have a question for the experts, its been a while now that i'm trying to protect my links from other apps and im searching how to protect it with a token, recently ive seen a post talkin about cookie section in the xtream panel so we can encrypt our link,
cookie section that says value=key,
can someone confirm if this section can protect my links and how please

isn't that for the purpose of using direct links that require cookies, don't think it worked for its proper intention tho
 
It’s if your pulling direct from a site that requires specific cookies. Same with all settings pretty much on that page. Usually tho if grabbing the streams via a script it does all that work for you.

So it concern only a website but not in an android app for example ?

They are only for when for example you have a direct stream from a script and it requires user agent as Chrome for example or certain cookies or headers. As said php script usually takes care of the cookies and headers and you only usually amend the user agent etc...
