ig you have other user admin you can do than from panel...
if you dont have other user admin
you can make new one from db
from phpmyadmin

mysql -u USERNAME -p

replace USERNAME with your mysql username this will l.og you into mysql server

use xtream_iptvro;

this will set xtream_iptvpro as the database to run all future commands against you will need to run your insert command here with you new admin details
