Yes
However I highly recommend you dont.
Once the dev finds out its cloned and on the playstore they will have it removed.

Use the likes of filelinked.

Thanks for your help, I have a reseller who has me crazy to upload it and is one of the best I have had, I want to give you pleasure so they put it down so that it does not go on my side, you know if I only have to change the name of the package or is there anything else to do? Do I use apk editor pro on my phone?

You best to create a new signature key on android studio and decompile the app
Change package name.
Recompile nwith your signature key

Then submit to upload to play store.

Again I highly discourage you from doing this.

Install filelinked on firestick or box with downloader

totally agreed mate, you want to be crazy to put on appstore, why would you want to do it, dev will see it and get it removed, autorities may use it to sniff out your server too honestly, would you put an add for something illegal in local newspaper, thats what you are doing uploading to playstore

do as @iptvayr says and upload to dropbox and create a filelinked store

or maybe even host on a server and create direct download

You will have to change the keystore. If you use ApkEditor to compile, after compiling use another app to register the new keystore. But it is very risky, I do not recommend it.

all the above comments here are pretty much correct... I actually believe you have to upload an app via Android studio I'm sure there's other ways... you can change resource files you can probably change the key.. but most apks are dependent on calling back to Google play store... you can purchase your own Google license for developer for around 50 bucks a year with a small catch... if caught banned for life
