After seeing the app here already hardcoded on a post I tried find out how it was hardcoded.
It was simple as you'll see on the tutorial.

tell me one thing, what's the purpose of changing line 280 from one thing to another
and what about other smali files that are shown on your screenshot?
as I'm thinking, this app will download m3u on backend and will use that rather than using API

I am using APK Easy Tool and the same with APK Editor.

if possible, can you post the app with all the get.phps replaced besides the line that requires the dns and port.

The other smali files uses símbols.
Better use search function to find the files as shown on screen shot.
The player_api functions as a redirect to get.php.
The app sends username and password and stream type to player_api.
Then player_api see if user is enable on panel. If it exists it redirects those inputs to get.php otherwise it jumps and gives blank page.
