Login admin interface problem?

After a while I reinstalled the panel. I can no longer log to admin interface with username: admin password: admin.
Incorrect username or password! Please try again.
what's the problem.

Upload xtcdump.sql to your new server (It's OK to use /root) Run as root: mysql xtream_iptvpro < /root/xtcdump.sql
