Here it is I just uploaded it
1. install a clean install of WordPress
2. Upload all in one WordPress migration tool.
3.upload ecuatv.xyz backup through WordPress migration tool.
4. Upload front-end theme folder to your WordPress themes directory.
5. Use php my admin to change the admin password.
6. Translate page to your language useing Divi Builder
