I'm working on a setup to lock Express 103 at 96.5°E from South Africa. I'm focusing on the C-Band transponder 3707 R.
Can anyone confirm the current Symbol Rate and FEC? I've seen reports of it being 15790, but I'm having trouble getting a lock. Also, if the 1080i feed is currently encrypted, could someone share the latest BISS key or confirm if it has gone FTA (Free-to-Air)?
Any logs or recent "Blind Scan" results for this position would be greatly appreciated.
