Changing LTQv60 packages names

Hi guys, ok so as the title suggests how to change the package name? does it work? how many changes are required? and how do you go about it, thanks guys

To quickly do it I use an old Samsung s7 with apk editor pro. Common edit. Newer phones it doesn't work.
And yes it is possible

ok i have done that,but still the app refuses to install on my phone, gets like a 3rd of the way through install, then fails, any ideas?, all ive done is change url, package name, some .png's, , it rebuilt fine, i signed it, compressed it, it will install on bluestacks no problems, but just refuses on my phone, i have no idea why.

Have you removed other ltq apps on the device as it will not install if you haven't

yes bud, nothing else on there, its doing my head in now.

thats strange try using an app installer not default installer see if that helps

tried that also, it gets 3/4 of the way through, the install, then fails.

try to install it in different device , you probably have an app already the same.

Mines a old version I purchased a few years ago it does ask me to update to the newest version but its rubbish and cant do half the stuff you can with the old version

I think it must just be an issue with my phone, i installed it on a spare android box, and it installed with no effort what so ever. ?‍
