Question DM requirements

Hi Community,

I just recently got an extended membership to unlock the option to DM users. I was trying to send a DM to an user requesting some information as the original user post stated. However, I am constantly getting the following message:

Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator.

I am unsure the reason but I am just requesting some information, not trying to do anything fishy or spam like the warning message is currently suggesting, any advice or guidance on this matter is appreciated.

The reason could be that your account may was not fully updated at the time when you try sent the message.

Just try to sent me or different user a DM to see whether this message still appears.
