I bought credits for a download and I see that they still haven't updated the credits. I would like the administrator to help me with that or where I have to send the proof of the purchase.

I just check the logs, you have been create a lot of orders but it seems not of them was successfull paid.
Please sent me the transaction ID of your payment per DM. I will make manual proof.
