Question Another Plex Sync Problem Thread

Hi Guys

I'm having a bit of a problem here... i can't get for the XUI Panel, to list my Plex movies.
I'll describe what i have done :
Panel XUI installed on Ubuntu 20 on a dedicated server.
After install, i've installed a load balancer on another different dedicated server, and call it "PlexLB".
So far, so good.... i've installed Plex Mediaserver on this last server.... created a folder called movies in this same server under "/mnt/", and uploaded one movie.
Installed the libraries on plex... and imported this movies.... great so far.
Back to XUI Panel, "Management"--> "Service Setup"-->"Plex Sync"..... "Add Library".
Fill in the name,ip address, port, credentials, and hit the refresh button..... libraries came up.
Pressed Next, and Add... and the server was added, with the wanted library.
Head to "Plex Settings", and changed the "Scan Frequency".
Even pressed the refresh button on the server added in plex sync.... but no movie on XUI panel.
I have readed somewhere that you needeed to add a watch folder, but then...... what is the reason for plex sync ??

Am i doing something wrong ??
Do i really need to add a watch folder ??

no. make sure you have a TMDB Api Key.
Categories are setup to match
in the address field use the ip without the http shit.
port put only the port their.
