Question Strange Android app problem

I had issues with my panel lately now some of my users cannot login to my app as it just says invalid user even though they are valid.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check if they can reach your server first using the domain name via browser maybe their ISP blocked access to your service (domain)

Yes that's fine. Some users can get on some can't.

ISP wouldn't block signing into the app it's not letting some users login

If not, it could be a route problem, or it could be a blockage at the internet provider.
