Normally your IPTV Panel have a EPG Function and will sort the EPG by timestamp with the Source. If you don't use a Panel like XC, Xtream UI or others you should provide more Infos. Important for EPG is the Time ... so if your Sever is running with a local Time of US and you will using a UK EPG you need to match the Source by a Time difference. So I keep watching forward about more infos because right now I can't understand what are you really looking for here.
